My Heart on a String

For the past year and a half my lecture notes have been full of girls holding heart-shaped balloons. Heart-shaped balloons have been tied to titles and the names of various theorists in an effort to stay awake.
I didn't really think of why until I went over these old photos from my days in Japan.

Maybe Koto-chan is the reason.
